How do I schedule a tour at The Powell? 

Our site is currently wrapping up development. Tours can be scheduled by calling our leasing office directly, submitting a request through our website, or emailing ThePowell@EpochOnsite.com. A member of our leasing team at our sister property The Pike will follow up to confirm your appointment.

Will a background check be conducted?

Yes, a background check is conducted for each applicant as part of the standard application process.

What are the income requirements to qualify for an apartment?

Applicants are required to have a gross monthly income equal to 2 times the monthly rent to qualify for an apartment home.

What trails does The Powell have access to?

The Powell offers access to walking and biking trails that connect into Eagle's broader trail network, including Boneyard Trailhead, Brush Creek, and Bluffs Trailhead.

Is there public transit available near The Powell?
